Raman Sangha

Hi there!

My name is Raman and I am 25. My passion and purpose in life is to help others, to leave people better than I found them, and to ultimately make the world a better and kinder place. I do this through my various roles as a Psychotherapist, Youth Mentor, Childline Counsellor, Academic Mentor, and Content Creator. I love contributing positively to the world, because that is what makes me truly happy. Spreading wholehearted love, kindness and positivity makes my heart warm and my soul smile. As a Punjabi Sikh woman I believe in helping others by taking part in ‘seva’, which means selfless service, giving without expecting anything in return.

I am a deep thinker with an open mind, who is down for a deep talk with you at any time of the day. I am a curious individual who loves learning, especially about Psychology and Psychotherapy, Health and Wellbeing, Philosophy, Spirituality, and the ways of the universe. I would love for my work to help you in some way, whether that is feeling seen and supported, feeling understood and less alone, being further educated, or feeling inspired to become a better you.

A few facts about me: The gym is my sanctuary, I like reading personal development books and watching psychological thrillers, and I love savoury foods.
