    Every human being is like every other human being, in that, you are NOT alone in experiencing distress or difficulty. I repeat, πŸ” 

    Everyone struggles. YOU are NOT alone. 

    Every person has had - or are currently dealing with - some experience that has made them feel negative.

    Your task is to write down this experience in detail, in a secure, private journal.

    Next, I invite you to ask up to 7 trusted people if they’ve had a similar experience, know someone who has, or have dealt with emotions like those you experienced during this negative event.

    Find out. Be an experiential detective for a day.

    Every experience, every thought, every feeling, every emotion + every other kind of category that comes with being human IS VALID. 

    Write down something in your human experience that made you assume that this experience has happened ONLY to you!  

    Lets focus down on the concept of β€˜assumption’, so that we can challenge it.

    As the phrase goes: β€œwhen you assume, you make an ass out of you and me”

    Every experience, no matter where it falls in the huuuge spectrum of human experience, again, is VALID. 

    But sometimes, the conclusions we make from our thoughts can be erroneous and harmful. So its important to unpack and challenge them.

    So, go ahead, write ✍🏻

    Look for evidence, not feelings.

    Re-imagine the space in your mind.

    How would you like to alter this space? How do you want to feel in this environment?

    prioritize your day and then reprioritize. Get into the zone - the flow state. Finish your work in focus and flow. Then, you'll get tasks done faster and more efficiently too!

    This will give you more freedom to do all the other stuff you love.

    So for more free time:
